Royal Albert American Beauty Cake Plate
On auction is one breathtakingly beautiful Royal Albert American Beauty Cake Plate. The highly sought after and widely collected American Beauty pattern was produced by Royal Albert from 1927 to 1988. This particular cake plate bears a back stamp that was used by the company between 1941 and 1988.
The cake plate is in very good used condition, with no chips or cracks. The cake plate rings true / pings perfectly when tapped lightly with a pencil. There is very little visible wear to the gilding of the cake plate. There are some light surface scratches on the plate indicating that it has been lovingly used by its previous owner.
