A breath-taking tea duo in the ever-popular “Flowers of the Month” series by Royal Albert. This one is for March with a pattern called “Anemones” since both the saucer and cup feature various posies of anemones and other flowers with pink and purple colours dominating. The cup shape is Montrose and as such both pieces are lightly scalloped at the edges and have gilded rims. The back stamp indicates a more recent manufacturing date.

Both pieces are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. The colours are bright and the gilding is intact everywhere (although there is a small part on the cup’s rim where the gilding is a bit thinner than on the rest of the rim, but it is not completely gone). The cup measures 9 cm across (excluding the handle) and is 7 cm high. The saucer is about 13.8 cm across and about 2.4 cm high.

Postage is R50 through SAPO or R100 with PostNet for this duo. Combinations done at R10 extra per item. Please add 3% to the sale price if you wish your parcel to be insured against loss by SAPO.
