Royal Albert Unnamed Pattern 664 Trio
On auction is one stylish and elegant Royal Albert Unnamed trio. I have identified this pattern as Unnamed Pattern 664 from the Royal Albert Patterns Website. This pattern was produced by Royal Albert for only 10 years between 1920 and 1930, making this collectors piece anywhere between 86 and 96 years in age!
The trio is in exceptionally good used condition showing virtually no signs of use at all! There are no cracks or chips to any of the individual pieces, all pieces ring true / ping perfectly clear when tapped lightly with a pencil, and there is no wear and rubbing to the gilding.
The individual items all have the Royal Albert back stamp reading Royal Albert Crown China England.
Unnamed Pattern 664 is one of the most elegant yet understated patterns. Each piece was hand decorated in a border of red and turquoise dots and yellow blocks together with the finest black lines connecting dots and blocks. The edges of the border is finished in black detailing. The pieces were hand finished with beautiful golden gilding on the edges.
Please look closely at all of the photographs provided as they do form part of the description of this listing and also provide information pertaining to the condition of the item on auction.
