Beautifully intricate and decorative, the Old Imari Pattern showcases the world famous Old Imari archival pattern decorated in the stunning and rich colours of Derby red and cobalt blue, synonymous with the iconic Imari pattern, and heavily embellished with 22 carat gold,

The ornate Old Imari pattern 1128 embodies many Japanese and Oriental influences in both food and life,

Cobalt Blue is a very dark blue and photographs almost black. This Dinner Plate has the Red Royal Crown Derby factory mark, the Imari pattern number Old Imari '1128' with an issue date of 1975 (XXXVIII).
