This Royal Doulton plate is from the "Coaching Days" series. The company used Cecil Aldin drawings for these. This series, designed by Victor Venner, was introduced in 1905, extended until 1929 and withdrawn in 1955. The back stamp on this plate was introduced in the late 1920’s. It measures 26 cm in diameter and is in good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration to it. There is slight crazing as can be expected on a plate of this age. Please add R25 for postage.
