A Royal Doulton dish depicting a coach being prepared for a voyage.  The rim is trimmed around with green.

There is a painted number in red at the back (which I cannot decipher), and also some impressed marks which are equally difficult to read.  One of them looks like 6 40 which possibly indicates a date for June 1940.

It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration.  It measures 23.5 x 15.7cm, and has a depth of 3.5cm.
