Royal Doulton Character Jug depicting Toby XX, designated as HN8337, Australian

Crafted at the Royal Doulton Studios in England, this Seated Double XX Toby was exclusively produced from 1939 to 1960, making it a rare find. Notably, there were limited Seated Tobies manufactured, particularly in comparison to other Toby Jugs. Standing at 6 1/2" tall, Toby XX is in great condition, free from chips, cracks, or repairs just some age related grazing.. It bears the distinctive Royal Doulton Lion & Crown mark with the XX beneath it, and an impressed mark of 8337. The jug is adorned with vibrant colors, featuring meticulous hand-painting and decoration.
