Here is a wonderful figurine entitled "Bon Appetit". He is number HN 2444 and was modelled by Mary Nicoll for Royal Doulton. This lovely figurine was first produced in 1972 and then retired in 1976, meaning that he was in production for just four years. "Bon Appetit" is a full 17 cm tall and measures 15.5cm/6ins across the base. He is beautifully modelled and depicts a fisherman cooking his catch on an open fire. This wonderful piece is in excellent condition with no chips, no cracks and no restoration.
