Royal Doulton 'River Boy' Figurine (HN 2128)

This charming, porcelain Royal Doulton figurine of a young boy wearing a hillbilly hat, sitting on his haunches and pan-frying fish on an open campfire, is titled 'River Boy' (HN 2128). He was designed by 'Peggy Davis' and is beautifully hand painted with lovely colours and detail and was produced from 1962 to 1975, when it was discontinued. The figure has a tiny crack/scratch on the side near the fire, otherwise it's in great condition and carries the factory backstamp on the base. He stands 10cm high with a base measurement of 9,5cm x 6cm.
