Royal Doulton "The Old Balloon Seller" porcelain figure HN 1315 - repaired. This is the classic "The Old Balloon Seller" figurine from Royal Doulton. Designed by Leslie Harradine, it was produced from 1929 to 1998. From the back stamp this one appears to be from c1940 - it has 11 next to the crown and V04 hand printed on the bottom. Unfortunately the basket has a repair, but the figure is otherwise in good condition. Great buy for your collection.
