A fairly large oval bowl by Royal Doulton from the Under the Greenwood Tree series, which depict scenes from Robin Hood.  The moderately scalloped edge is painted around with a green rim. 

It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration, and no crazing.  It measures 27.6 x 20.5cm and stands 5cm high.
