This lovely Royal Doulton jug, from the 1920/30's, is decorated and hand painted in various shades of green, yellow and brown with a brown handle and rim, in a pattern known as the 'Woodland' series. This series (D4585) was in production between 1926 and 1932. The deco shaped jug, known as the 'Quorn' shape, has the Royal Doulton back stamp on the base, as well as the pattern number 'D4585' and the registration number 'Rd715051.' It is in excellent condition and stands 12cm high, with a base diameter of 8cm and a spout to handle measurement of 13.5cm.
