This khukuri derives it's name from the Angkhola village in eastern Nepal. It is heavier and has a larger blade than the standard size khukuri. The blade is forged differently and if one of the most difficult models to produce.
It has a HIGHLY GRADED carbon steel blade which is strong enough to cut wood or bone! The handle is made from water buffalo horn. It has a full tang which means the metal of the blade fully goes through the handle for maximum strength. The craftsmanship on this knife is amazing so if you are looking for the finest quality khukuri you will not be dissapointed!
This khukuri also includes 2 smaller knifes in the scabbard. A "Karda" which is used as a small utility knife.

WHAT IS A KHUKURI?
A Khukuri is a semi curved metal knife that is the national weapon of Nepal. It has been used for hundreds of years in everyday life and in religious sacrificial ceremonies. It has gained worldwide fame by it's use by the legendary British Gurkha soldiers. They used these knifes during many wars where they were known for their courage and valor.
