Item description: The  item is in fine condition. The cover bears former State President Nelson Mandela and current State President Thabo Mbeki. Both issues with First Day of Issue cancellation.

Registered Mail or Parcel Post is available at R30.00 per shipment. Quality packaging used. (Collectable stamps used when possible and at sellers discretion). The  "Speed Services" courier option is available  at R50.00 per shipment. Registered letters to foreign destinations charged at R45.00 (Namibia R40.00). Shipping at regular intervals.
