CONDITIONS OF SALE, PAYMENT & SHIPMENT

1. No pick-ups allowed.

Items are sold "as is". If unsure about the condition of an item, kindly enquire before placing a bid.

Auctions which consist of multiple items/books, usually weigh approximately 2kgs per lot. Where multiple orders' total weight come to less than 2kgs, I will combine orders.

The BoBShop courier systems allows a maximum weight of 2 kgs per parcel. Should a buyer win more than one auction, and the total weight of the winning lots exceeds 2 kgs, the onus is on the buyer to pay for the excess weight/courier costs. Kindly inquire about the final postage before finalising and paying for the orders.

2. No international payments; No international shipments.

South African shipment: R30 for orders of R100 or more

No shipments other than with the BoBShop-system's couriers.

3. Risk of non-delivery/loss/damage is that of purchaser. Seller will provide tracking number to purchaser. Purchaser to lodge enquiry/complaint directly with shipping company. Seller will not engage with shipping agent on purchaser's behalf in lodging complaints/claims etc.

4. International buyers: No PayPal facility available; kindly use BoB Bucks.

5. Purchases to be finalised and paid for within 48 hours after closing of auction/sale. 

6. All Bidders (including bidders on behalf of third parties) are personally liable for payment to seller.

7. Cash deposits require an additional R15 to cover bank charges.
