How can water produce energy?

How to convert your car to run on hydrogen
There is no need for you to change your engine.
A container filled with a mixture of distilled water and baking soda is placed under the hood. The device gets electricity from the car's engine, and produces HHO gas. After that, HHO gas is supplied to the carburettor.
