The Russell Hobbs Ice Cream Maker has a capacity of 1 litre which means it won't take up much space but still produce more than enough ice cream. Accessories such as a spatula, an ice cream scoop and a set of measuring spoons are included as an added bonus. For the novice ice cream makers there is a recipe booklet that includes recipes for full cream delicious ice cream, to Banting ice cream and sorbet
