Russian Musical Balalaika Lacquer Tin Keepsake Box Working Music Mechanism
This is an officially labelled Russian , (Musical Balalaika Keepsake Box). The tin is beautifully decorated in traditional Russian Khokhloma-style floral patterns and features a lacquer-finish exterior. Inside is a bright gold-tone interior with a fitted, working wind-up music mechanism.
The tin opens into two halves and can be used as a jewellery or trinket box.
Size approx 23.5cm length x 18cm width x 6cm deep.
Excellent condition with only light handling marks.
