In good condition, fits small head. Shipping R50-00. This is a soviet parade/walking out cap from the late cold war period. The black colour of the cap band is for armour, artillery and technical troops. I don't see a date on the inside of the cap, but the other ranks parade badge (i.e. with wreath) was adopted around 1970 and worn to the end of the USSR in the 1990's
