Rust-Oleum® Specialty Chalk Board converts surfaces into a usable chalkboard. Apply to metal, wood, masonry, drywall, plaster, glass, concrete, unglazed ceramics and hardboard. Erases cleanly.

FOR BEST RESULTS

Allow paint to dry for 3 days. Once cured, prepare surface for chalk by rubbing side of chalk over entire surface and erasing.

Practical Coverage:		Brush - 9.5m² / Spray 1.2m² substrate depending
Dry Times:
Touch		Brush - 30 min/ Spray - 20 Minutes
Handle		Brush - 2 hours / Spray - 1 hour & full cure at 48 hours
Recoat		Brush - 4 hours / Spray -Within 1 hour of first coat otherwise after 48 hours
Shelf Life:		5 years
Application:		Brush - APPLICATION Stir thoroughly. Thinning is not required. Use a good quality synthetic brush, mohair or a foam roller designed to give a smooth finish. Avoid excessive brushing or rolling. Use light, even strokes to ensure an even flow and the smoothest finish. Spray - Shake can vigorously for 2 minutes after mixing ball begins to rattle. Hold can upright 20 to 30cm from substrate and spray in steady back and forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke. Keep the can in motion whilst spraying. Apply two or more light coats a few minutes apart to avoid drips and runs.
