Unit does not come on, no motor burns or smells, I suspect the capacitor near the switch is the issue, reads .22uf but not the same on tester. However I am no technician, the unit has only been opened by myself all components in working order, no cracks or bends, switches in order, accessories 2 x guides and 1 x Collet wrench, actual images
