A Large Octagonal Bronze Medal for the 6th S.A. Numismatic Convention hosted by the Natal Numismatic Society and held in Durban during July 1976.  Comes inside the original  blue presentation with gilded lettering on the lid. 

Bronze. Edge-to-edge width 60.7 mm. Mass 63.8 gm.
