DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION
DESCRIPTION	A nice little water colour painting depicting A SCENE IN DURBAN HARBOUR WITH A TUG BOAT IN THE FOREGROUND AND A SHIP AND THE BLUFF IN THE BACKGROUND painted by South African artist S ANDOR. The painting is done on artist's paper and it is framed in a thin black frame with gilt trim, mounted and protected by glass. The artist has signed the artwork at bottom left, inscribed it 'Durban' and dated it 1980. The artwork measures 295 x 340 mm in the frame and the artwork alone measures 170 x 230 mm. You can see the painting as it is sold in the image above. There are four more images and further particulars below. Please have a look at them and ask a question if there is anything you are unsure about.
CONDITION	Both the artwork and frame are in good condition and it can be hung as is. I have left the painting framed in it's original frame because I do not believe in removing the original period frame from an artwork, even though there is some slight nicking to the frame.
