Here on auction we have a original issue SA Army used High Frequency "HF" new and almost unused radio antennae sloping- wire or "skuinsdraad" for use with a man-pack B25 type radio - as used by SA SF for long distance communications back to base.

This item will make a great addition to a Recce collection and/ or display as long distance comms was a mainstay of the small team ops deep into Southern Angola during the SWA/ Angola bushwar era.

Correctly used and with the right frequencies; this type of HF antennae allowed reliable voice and morse code comms direct back to base over 100's if not 1000''s of Km's!!!
