In terms of shipping, I pack items very carefully to prevent damage.  Kindly keep in mind, that once I hand item(s) to the courier / postage company, it is out of my hands.  I am not liable for any loss or damage during transit.  I urge you to consider insurance, especially for higher value items. (Insurance details included in shipping notes).   In the case of any returns, there is no refund on shipping costs.
