All badges present. Appropriate Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Material appears in good order- pigmentation is in good order. Original lining w/ manufacturer label is present. Drawstring adjustments are NO longer present. All insignia lugs and screws are intact. 

This piece would have been utilised by members of the South African Military Health Service- as part of their service and dress uniform attire.
