TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions form the basis of all transactions between the purchaser and the seller. By bidding on any item sold by “Milpol” the bidder accepts and agrees to these conditions.
1. All sales are made in good faith.
2. Unless otherwise indicated by the seller:
a. All items are original and in a new or excellent condition;
b. All items were or are official store items as issued; and
c. All items were or are worn as official items.
3. All current style military and police items are intended for bona-fide collectors only.
4. Payment is expected within five (5) days of winning the auction.
5. Items will be posted by registered mail within three (3) working days of receiving payment.
6. All questions will be replied to timeously and honestly.

1. Unless specifically instructed otherwise by the purchaser, all items will be posted by registered mail.
