Here on auction we have a original SA SF (Recce) issue copy camo programme piece - SA SF (Recce) issue copy camo programme Type "D" EG falling-rain kiko cap (L) (used & intact) - dating from the 1980's.

This kiko is marked as a Large size item - fits as a 57/59size head-dress.

This original Recce copy soft-brim "Cuban style" East German Strichtarn (falling rain) camo cap is a direct copy of the caps made and worn by many terr organisations ad freedom fighters (eg. FAPLA & FRELIMO & SWAPO PLAN) troops using the Communist supplied cloth in the late 1970's and early 1980's in Angola & Mozambique - a great example of the extensive 1980's recce copy camo programme.

PLEASE NOTE that this cap is used but still has a silk size label intact marked "L" (size large) - as sourced.

The SADF Recce's used a good few diff "copy" uniforms to masquarade as either enemy troops for false flags ops/ Psuedo ops and cross border raids.
