A beautiful, hand-painted ceramic bowl from the renowned South African studio potter, Sabine Weight (b. 1944). This piece features the charming "La Provence" pattern, characterized by vibrant blueberries, floral sprays, and green foliage against a cream-colored body with contrasting blue bands.
Each piece by Sabine Weight is uniquely decorated, making this a one-of-a-kind addition to any collection of South African studio pottery or whimsical kitchenware. 
The bottom is clearly hand-marked with the pattern name, the artist's signature, and the production code "4/1," verifying its authenticity as an original studio piece.
