A highly readable and entertaining book about "a company of good fellows", The Salisbury Club, from its start in 1893 up to 1980. Colin Black, the author, was a member of 32 years. He tells that at one time it was said Rhodesia was run from the Salisbury Club. Indeed, over the years, many leading government and outstanding local personalities were members and took part in many an escapade.
