Scarce very early issue 44 Para stable belt and buckle.
This is a very early issue example of the stable belt and buckle that was first issued in the early 80's.
Later issue variants had a flat brass strip fitted to keep the end of the webbing in place, while the early variants, like this were issued with thick brass wire strips.
Everything on this belt is original and the attaching clasp is still in original condition, relying on a tight fit around the waist to stay in place, not folded over.
The webbing can be extended to fit up to a 85cm waist and the colour is slightly darker than what comes across in the pics.
Please view pics carefully to confirm condition as this is the exact item the winner will receive.
