This item was worn and used as the pics show.
Note on the back, besides the holes, where the belting of the heavy
backpacks schaffed the material. Also note there is enough excess
material on the inside of button holes should you want to patch the
holes. I did not want to fix it, my opinion was it would tamper with 
the great Houding it has.
