SADF era nutria SA SF Recce Operators qualification breast badge (field-dress) - unmounted

Here on auction we have a SADF era nutria SA SF Recce Operators cloth badge as worn on the "browns" field-dress during the 1980's and early 90's.

In good un-mounted (new) condition - this item may be a Private Purchase item from one of the many unofficial suppliers of SADF nutria uniform badges from back-in-the-day. PLEASE do not bid if not 100% happy with the item as shown (please check any and all the reference sites and books out there before bidding.

With time I seem to have lost the rear "black" layered backing - hence the rear appears white (base material used to "stiffen" the badge when the embroider'ers do their work.
