SADF era Special Forces (Recce) rope-bag for abseiling and rappelling - custom piece

Here on auction we have a South African Special Forces (Recce) used CUSTOM -made rope-bag for use whilst rappelling and/ or abseiling eg. from a cliff or building or heli where one did not want the rope to dangle below for safety or tactical (give position away) reasons.

The bag is likely a custom made item from the units riggers-shop and has the well know "airborne" small thick elastic bands (used in para-rigging) still attached, which would have been used to secure the rope in preparation for the planned rope descent.

The bag is made from a darker type nutria cordura and appears complete (as made).
