Original South African Navy Intelligence Part 3 mustering badge. Features a gold embroidered stylised sea creature with a single star below, on dark navy cloth.

The sea creature represents the Intelligence branch. The single star denotes Part 3 (Class 3) qualification level. The gold-on-blue version was worn on the winter dress (blue) uniform and was mainly in use from the 1980s until around 2002.

Ideal for SA Navy and SADF collectors.
