This item is in a used but good condition. The velcro on all pouches and fittings is excellent and has maintained its integrity over time.
The plastic sliders are all intact and the shoulder harnesses are in a good condition, with no rips or tears. The internal magazine dividers are all present and function well. The waist-band clip, however, has expired and no longer functions. This can easily be repaired with your standard male-female clip configuration system.
