Full Description
This embroidered patch is the insignia of the 101 Workshop Unit, a technical service unit of the South African Defence Force and the South West Africa Territorial Force. Established in 1975 at Grootfontein (now Namibia), the unit provided maintenance and technical support during the Border War. The design features the Makalani palm with Technical Service Corps colours.
