SADF/ UDF era "Martindale" type machete with original leather sheath - used condition

Here on auction we have an original & scarce SADF/ UDF era "Martindale" type machete with original leather sheath - used condition.

This is a great item with the machete itself having both UK mil "crows foot" AND the UDF mil mark of the arrow in the "U" - and dd 1955 and marked "S&J Kitchin" Shefield No 2640. The leather sheath is in VERY good supple condition and has no damaged including the retaining strap is still intact.

This item still even has the original "twine" wrist string attached.
