THE MACHINE DOES POWER ON WITH NO PROBLEMS AND HAS BEEN WORKING GREAT BEFORE IT WAS REMOVED FROM ITS PREVIOUS OPERATING LOCATION.  THE MACHINE HAS NOT BEEN TESTED RECENTLY AS I LACK THE SKILL TO DO THE PRE OPERATIONAL CHECKS AND DO NOT HAVE THE VENDING PAPER CUPS.
