• High quality PVC built in ground sheet which comes up the sides of the tent by 15cm

• Flysheet made of medium duty waterproof polyamide ripstop

• Tent made of heavy duty waterproof canvas

• Supported on a spring steel outer frame (brand new)

• Awning to the front, offering shelter to the entrance and makes a useful cooking area

• The awnings are the only parts requiring 2 poles (brand new) and guy ropes for support

• Window awnings can be guyed to allow extra ventilation instead of the usual zipping shut

• All windows open leaving a built in fly screen thus allowing for good ventilation but no access to creepy crawlies

• Vent holes in the roof of the tent can be closed.

• In the roof section of each tent a small loop is provided to hang a suitable light (not supplied)

• 3.0m square and approximately 2.3m high with a 1.8 x 3.0m veranda
