Released by LJN, Safari Joe is a rare villain with flair, muscle, and a moustache that means business.

Dressed in a tan uniform with red scarf, blue gloves, and brown boots, Joe sports a raised eyebrow and a smug grin that screams alpha predator. His silver-and-brown blaster is intact.
