Method of using
1.Clip the velcro strap onto the LED safety band, make sure the plastic hook is facing up.
2.Insert the velcro strap into the other hole of the band , and stick them together to make a close loop.
3.Put it on your arm/leg and tighten it. You can adjust the length of the velcro strap to get better fitting.
