Shipping: Shipping usually on Friday & Saturday, if volume is high I will ship on Tuesday or Wednesday as well if I am able to. I only provide proof of delivery upon demand (pls ask as a buyers note to seller when you place your order) I do not accept responsibility for any damage/losses or failure to deliver once I have handed the item in to S.A.P.O. so PLEASE do not file a SNC or give a negative rating if SAPO fails to deliver.
My Shipping Charges:
Economail (less than 1kg in weight) – R25.00, or if it is more than 1kg in weight it is Ordinary Parcel – R26 for the 1st kg plus R4 per extra kg or part thereof.*You may combine any amount of items/listings as long as you stick to these recommendations*
Insurance: Optional insurance on items over the value of R100 – add an extra 2% of the value of the items.
Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase I offer a 10 day money-back guarantee on the return of the goods in original condition and email notification of your intent to return within 7 days of Auction/Sale, only on the item price and not on shipping insurance, etc. A 10% return fee will be charged on items returned without justifiable cause – i.e. incorrect item sent, item not as described, etc.
