I am a mother of 2 and started Bidorbuy as a hobby. It became a lot more and is now a full time passion. I am an honest seller and would never sell you something under false pretences. But of course, mistakes can happen.  So please remember should you ever be unhappy with our service / products, something arrives broken or you simply expected something different; please contact me before leaving a neutral or negative rating.  I will ALWAYS try my utmost to resolve all issues!!  Please understand that I will not be able to assist if you leave me negative rating without contacting me. My experience is that customers who leave negative ratings without communication, will not change a rating or give you any chance to resolve a problem / issue.

Parcels that are damaged, lost or stolen whilst in transit are beyond my control .
Checkout and Payment are due within 14 days of an Auction closing.  I am very happy to combine shipments up to 4 weeks, please simply let me know if you would like to take advantage of this offer.
Should I not hear from you I will send you a friendly reminder 7 days after your purchase, a Sale Not Complete = SNC will be filed thereafter.

Please remember: Postage is always for the buyers account.  Please note this also applies to unclaimed parcels that need to be resent, or parcels that are sent back from buyer to seller;
