Returns

We are happy to accept returns for exchange for items damages during transit or incorrect item received. We try our best to make the process as smooth as possible. 

Check item on arrival and notify us within 12 hours of receiving for any damages or if you received the incorrect item.

Refunds for returns will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. It takes 5 to 7 days from collection or drop-off to receive and inspect the items at the warehouse. Once inspected it takes up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. 

Well also keep you updated on the progress of your return and refund via email. 

Certain items such as earrings, undergarments may not be returned for hygienic reasons.

All SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged once received in good order.

Cancellations

If items have been cancelled from your order due to an inventory error well notify you via email & issue a refund.
