How it works: Devoid of harmful side effects it provides glucosamine and chondroitin sulphate concentrations in the joints and connective tissues. It is readily absorbed in the body because 90-98% is actually digested in the intestine. It can speed up the healing of acute joint injuries such as a sprained ankle. Chondroitin sulphate has been documented to help remake damaged or broken cartilage.

Directions: 1 to 3 tablets a day or as directed by your health professional.
