A compact stoneware jar featuring a traditional brown salt-glaze with a characteristic "orange-peel" texture. The vessel is designed with twin horizontal handles set flush against the rim. The high-firing process used in its manufacture renders the ceramic non-porous and durable, making it suitable for functional use or as a collector's piece of German kitchenalia.
