The Salton Multi Grill and Griddle have two separate settings. Whilst waiting for the grill to finish cooking the food, you are able to turn the temperature down on the griddle so your food doesn't go cold, allowing you to keep in control and produce delicious end results easily. The grill takes 3-4 minutes to heat up. Control the grill with the on/ off control and the Griddle with the variable temperature control settings either simultaneously or independently using front dials
