Out of Box Fault (OBF) - In the event that your product delivered is faulty, please contact the SAMSUNG South Africa call centre within 7 days of purchasing the unit (details shared on order) to arrange for the product to be assessed. Alternatively, contact your nearest authorised service centre (details shared on order).

Unwanted Goods - We will refund or exchange most goods if you return them within 14 days of purchase, provided it is in its original packaging and condition, including all attachments, accessories and documentation and that it is unused.
