Warranty Claims - All SAMSUNG products are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty. SAMSUNG standard warranty is 2 years (Mobile Phones, Home Appliances and TVs). Some SAMSUNG products may have different Warranty terms to other products due to the nature of the product's design, manufacture or expected use.

• If you wish to make a claim under warranty, please contact your nearest SAMSUNG authorised service centre (details shared on order). SAMSUNG requires that you provide your original proof of purchase documents to enable you to proceed quickly in the event of a claim.
• It would also assist SAMSUNG if you provide with the product at the time of your claim, a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.

Out of Box Fault (OBF) - In the event that your product delivered is faulty, please contact the SAMSUNG South Africa call centre (details shared on order) to arrange for the product to be assessed. Alternatively, contact your nearest authorised service centre (details shared on order).

Unwanted Goods - We will refund or exchange most goods if you return them within 14 days of purchase, provided it is in its original packaging and condition, including all attachments, accessories and documentation and that it is unused. Refunds for unwanted goods are subject to our rights in law to charge you for use and to get goods fit for re-stocking. bidorbuy will issue you a refund excluding cost of returning the goods to bidorbuy and any applicable restocking fees.
